How the reception module works

In order to comply with theresolution 000085 of April 8, 2022, issued by the Directorate of National Taxes and Customs -DIAN, we present our module de DOCUMENTS RECEPTION, through which you can receive electronic invoices from your suppliers and acknowledge the following events on each one.

Under this new regulation, any company that receives billing must send electronically the following events:

*Each event is sent as an XML document to the independent DIAN and digitally signed.

THE RECEPTION MODULEIT WILL PERMIT YOU:

Centralize the documents received from your suppliers

View each PDF, XML and email received by your providers

Organize documents by date filters, supplier name

You can select several invoices and massively acknowledge the DIAN events

Each document received has a direct link to the DIAN to validate the event record.

THE ACTIVATION INCLUDES:

personalized accompanimentto associate your document reception email.
virtual trainingon the document reception module.
You can manage all eventsthat you require on each electronic invoice. Only one (1) will be deducted for each electronic invoice you receive and on which you report events to the DIAN
sending eventsacknowledge receipt, receipt of the good or service, express/tacit acceptance, claim in XML to the DIAN and digitally signed
